1. Scope
These terms apply to consumer orders placed through the LipoCellTech affiliate shop. Separate terms may apply to B2B, bulk, private-label or development projects. The seller is LipoCellTech B.V.
2. Affiliate access and price advantage
The shop is accessible only through a valid partner/affiliate link. Such a link may unlock a displayed customer price advantage. The referring partner may receive a commission for a successful order. This does not increase the displayed customer price.
3. Order and contract
Product displays invite the customer to place an order. Essential order information is shown before submission. A binding contract is formed when LipoCellTech accepts the order or issues a binding confirmation. Orders created in a shop clearly marked as test mode are system tests only and do not create a right to delivery.
4. Prices, taxes and shipping
The prices shown before completion apply. Taxes, shipping charges and other costs must be shown transparently before a productive live order. Sample or test prices are labelled and are not final sales prices.
5. Payment
Unless otherwise stated, payment is by prepayment or according to the payment information provided in the order confirmation.
6. Delivery
Delivery area, delivery time, carrier and shipping charges are shown at checkout or in the order confirmation. Cross-border deliveries may be subject to additional legal or tax requirements.
7. Consumer withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Details are provided under “Withdrawal & returns”. Statutory exceptions remain applicable, including sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
8. Legal guarantee
Statutory guarantee rights apply. Consumers in the EU generally benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for defective goods; more favourable mandatory national law remains unaffected.
9. Product information
Food supplements are not medicines and do not replace a balanced diet or medical advice. Labelling, dosage and warnings must be observed. Health-related claims may only be used where legally permitted in the relevant market.
10. Liability
Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.
11. Governing law
Dutch law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer’s country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
