Right of withdrawal
Consumers can generally withdraw from an online distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, the period generally starts when the goods are received. Statutory exceptions remain applicable.

Returns
After valid withdrawal, goods should be returned within the statutory period. If properly disclosed before purchase, the consumer bears the direct return costs. Use the return address provided by LipoCellTech.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed after delivery. Other statutory exceptions remain applicable.
